Rental PricesIf the date and time for your rental request are available, please call or email to verify your interest and your name will be written on the calendar in pencil. When you are sure of your plans, send a $50 “hold the date” non-refundable deposit to P.O. Box 778, Eureka, CA 95502, ATTN RENTALS. This deposit applies to the rental fee. When your $50 fee is received your name will be written in ink, thus securing the date for your event. Write a separate check for the refundable $250 cleaning and damage security deposit. The balance of the rental fee, the security deposit, and the insurance are due 10 days in advance of your event date.
Please review these Guidelines to help with using this building. You will receive an orientation on your rental date.
If you are going to sell alcohol, you must follow the ABC Guidelines. Call 445-7229.
You must provide provide liability insurance coverage. You can obtain this through your homeowner’s insurance, a local insurance agency, or an online agency.
- State the date of the event and list the holder of the certificate as the “Eureka Woman’s Club, 1531 J Street, Eureka, CA 95501.” This is NOT a mailing address.
- Frequent Renters: Please notice the insurance renewal date on your contract to help keep your files current with the EWC. Send it to PO Box 778, Eureka, CA, 95502. Have the certificate state the date of your rentals and list the holder of the certificate as the “Eureka Woman’s Club, 1531 J Street, Eureka, CA 95501.” Note: This is NOT a mailing address.
You will receive the contract for the rental of the building. Directions for returning the contract will be given when you receive it.
